About Us
Our Story- Bottomless Beverages was born from the restaurant industry and issues one of the partners had at his restaurant. The restaurateur had Sundays off, during the time the restaurant had Sunday brunch with bottomless mimosas. Like it never fails at restaurants on your day off, he constantly had issues with running out of champagne or orange juice, getting the call and having to go to the store. He also tried keg champagne, which went flat in a few days, leaving it unsellable. He then asked his liquor rep if there was a way to put mimosas on the soda gun, the rep said it was impossible.
Years later while having dinner with a sommelier friend, he asked him if he knew someone who could develop a product to put cocktails on the soda gun; the sommelier said he knew an innovative winemaker who could try to make it happen. They met with the winemaker, established the company, spent the next several months formulating/developing the product, then testing it with friends and industry professionals. Everyone loved the product; the company patented the new innovation in cocktails and Bottomless Beverages was born!
